"It is a pleasure and an honor to review the State Farm Office of Doug Kramer in Hinsdale, Illinois. We have been with this office since 1976. That office was run by Doug Kramers father and prior to that his Grandfather. We have had all our insurance thru State Farm. That includes home, car, personal liability, and umbrella policies.Coverage also included my professional office building until 2013, when I retired and sold the building. We have had a few claims over the years. They were all handled promptly with fairness and compassion. We recently filed a claim involving my grandson. He was driving one of my cars and was rear ended by a pickup truck; totaling the car.I was given the option of dealing with Nationwide (the responsible party) or letting State Farm handle the issue. I can't thank Nicole Biegel enough for handling all the issues and reimbursements.She is a claims expert for for this agency. Everything was seamless. THANK YOU Nicole!!!! State Farm has been wonderful and has made me whole. My kids and grandkids all insure with State Farm. I will always be a loyal customer. H. G. Frank, M.D."
